WHAT YOU'LL FIND HERE

From Improving Access to Facilitating Embodiment

INTERA Embody is an evolving collection of educational resources exploring gender, movement, wellbeing, and life in our bodies.

INTERA was created with a simple belief: meaningful gender affirmation requires more than access alone. While INTERA ACCESS helps people access gender-affirming gear and support, INTERA EMBODY explores what comes next: building knowledge, confidence, and connection through practical, community-informed education.

As this library grows, it will bring together lived experience, community knowledge, and professional expertise across a range of topics related to embodiment and gender.
